We will supply you with dedicated recruiters, resume sourcers, or other related professionals on a month-to-month basis

We provide them with all needed infrastructure, technologies, training and supervision

They work 40 hours per week for you, under your direction

You only pay a low monthly rate plus a small placement bonus

If you are not satisfied with one of our consultants for any reason we will endeavor to find an immediate replacement

We give you a 2 week money back guarantee on all new services. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason after the first two weeks of service, you may cancel the service and we will charge you nothing. You will still be held responsible to pay for any earned placement bonuses, but no monthly fees will be collected


About Us

Benchmark RPO is a global Recruitment Process Outsourcing solutions provider headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah and with delivery centers in Hyderabad, Noida, and Siliguri, India.

Our founder, Donald Black, has 40 years of business experience, including over 20 years in recruiting and RPO.  As an early pioneer of RPO, he was instrumental in the 1990s in teaming India-based recruiting professionals with an American job board to leverage recruitment process costs, even before the term Recruitment Process Outsourcing was coined.  As both an early RPO provider, and later as an RPO client himself, he understands the benefits and pitfalls of RPO.  Living two years in Brazil and one year in India (Bangalore), he learned how to maximize cross-cultural business operations. That knowledge and experience is now available to clients of Benchmark RPO.  Benchmark RPO seeks partners for long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
