Resume Sourcer
- Will work during US night hours
- Will source qualified resumes for the assigned requirement from both active sources (job boards, job postings, referrals, etc.) and passive sources (professional networks, social recruiting, referral solicitation, etc.)
- Match resumes to the job description based on a visual screen
- Shortlist matching candidates (based on those who best fit the requirement specifications) and submit resumes to recruiters
- Highlight relevant skills and include key contact information for all resumes submitted
- Maintain and submit weekly reports
